EXCHANGE/ REFUND POLICY
It is the goal of Vitamindeck always to have fresh goods available at the time of delivery. Merchandise that is in its original packaging and has not been altered may be returned or exchanged within seven days of the date of receipt.
- This section does not apply to things purchased on Special Offer, nor does it cover refrigerator goods.
- Items that have had their packaging opened cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The original receipt must accompany the item to be returned.
The client is responsible for paying the associated costs if the item is returned via courier. There are no fees associated with returns made at Vitamindeck locations.
The Procedure for Returns and Exchanges
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line reading Your Order Number to let us know about the product you wish to return as soon as possible, no later than seven days after receiving the product. Send the package to our retail location at Dubai UAE.
Make sure the invoice is included in the package that you are returning. After we have received your return order, we will begin processing your refund within three business days.
A Refund or Payment
If the goods are returned to our location through courier, we will transfer the amount to your online account (which you will need to supply us with by sending an email to contact@Vitamindeck.ae). If you return the item to the store personally, the cash payment you initially used will be refunded.
